We offer returns for store credit within 14 days for unopened merchandise, or within 60 days during the holiday season (Starting November 1st until December 31st)

Pre-Ordered products are paid for upfront to secure your order, and shipped to arrive on the products official release date. In-store pickup is also available at no extra charge on the products official release date.

As of now, Pokémon and Magic the Gathering products are not available during the pre-release window, and will only be available on the officially announced product launch date.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
